Cooking with Sustainable Seafood



SFS partner, Acquario di Genova (Costa Edutainment Spa.) will host a cooking demonstration with the renowned chef Mattia Poggi, to promote the consumption of sustainable seafood.

This young chef will teach participants to recognize lesser known fish species, cooking up her delicious recipes in the special kitchen set up along the aquarium visitors’ path. Visitors will see how, with minimal expense, we can prepare delicious and tasty dishes.

It will be an opportunity for participants to learn, in a fun and friendly atmosphere, how to contribute to the conservation of marine resources by being an informed comsumer. 


The event will run from 12:30 - 2:00 pm, but be sure to arrive early to get a front row view!
